She started getting chest pain every time she picked up her kids. It escalated until she stopped working out altogether.

What everyone assumed. Muscle strain, or something more alarming. Chest pain near the heart tends to send people either to reassurance or to real fear, and neither leads to an examination of the rib cage.

What I found. Each rib can misalign in four distinct places, and the one people forget is the costosternal junction, where the rib cartilage meets the breastbone at the front of the chest. A misalignment there can feel sharp or burning, create a sense of pressure, restrict breathing, and convincingly imitate something internal.

That’s what she had. Muscle testing located it precisely.

What I did. A gentle, specific rib adjustment.

Where she is now. Her pain reduced immediately, and she was back on the bike within days.
